Requirements:

We are looking for a Data-Driven Marketing Specialist to help our growing business. It is suitable for a self-driven, fully remoted person.

We are looking for someone that is:

• diligent

• punctual (we hate missed deadlines)

• able to learn (by far the most important requirement, there will be A LOT of learning)

• able to call and speak fluently and understandably, including video (and that also means stable internet connection)

• fluent in English (at least B2 level)

Not hard, huh? But we also have a list of preferences.

• Ability to make notes (silly preference, right? But you wouldn’t believe how much people forget when they make no notes?)

Responsibilities: So what are we going to do? I imagine during our cooperation we will do the following, not in any particular order:

• WordPress and everything is entitle

• HubSpot Sales / Marketing / CMS / Service / Operation / CRM Hubs

• setting accounts

• automation, like workflows and sequences

• inbound strategy

• pipelines, funnels, spinning wheel setting

• website development

• account management, properties, HubSpot analytics, …

Aside from HS, we are going to dip into:

• marketing (from research to creating strategies)

• SEO & Proofreading, we are ahead in the SEO game working for companies like Adidas, Nissan, Lidl, and other big brands

• content creation (from emails to articles, from website content to manuals)

• PPC and all it encompasses

• video transcripts

• front end programming (HTML / CSS / JS)

and more …
