Вакансия Sales Support Specialist

We are an IT company servicing customers across UK, Europe and Americas. Our customer range from System Integrators, BPO companies to banks. We provide hardware, software, development and installation services to our customers globally.

As part of our near-shoring strategy, we are looking to hire english speaking sales support staff. The sales support staff would be supporting the sales managers and directors in UK, Europe and Americas.

The role involves sending the quotes to the customers, requesting pricing from the suppliers, chasing up quotes, sending reminders, resolving invoicing queries, managing the database and coordinating with the customers and suppliers over email and phone.

Requirement:

• Conversational english
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint and Outlook)
• Hardworking, diligent and focused
• Should have an eye for detail
