Job Summary:
Join our dynamic Sales team as a Sales Specialist! In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of engaging with prospective agents and customers. Your journey will encompass the entire sales cycle – from identifying potential leads to crafting personalized outreach strategies on social media, nurturing client relationships, delivering compelling presentations, and championing our innovative application. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue high-quality leads.
- Efficiently utilize CRM systems to log lead information and track communication progress.
- Actively use a task board to manage and monitor tasks.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Support teams.
- Engage in outbound calling, schedule product demos, and handle inquiries.
- Articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- Manage email communications with potential clients.
- Ensure accurate CRM record-keeping and meet or exceed set KPIs.
- Participate in regular performance reviews to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements and Skills:
- Exceptional proficiency in English and Russian (spoken and written); Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales roles.
- Experience with social media lead generation and conversion on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn will be a plus.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas.
- Skilled in using CRM software and telephony systems.
- Familiarity with task boards and team collaboration tools.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A results-driven, persistent approach to sales.
Additional Information:
- Full-time position, 40 hours/week, adhering to a 9 AM - 5 PM EST schedule, Monday-Friday.
- Our work schedule aligns with the American holiday calendar. Candidates must be able to accommodate this schedule.
- Use of work hour tracking tools required.
- Post-trial period incentives based on KPI achievements.
- Role involves B2B and B2C sales, utilizing various communication channels like calls, presentations, social media, messengers, and emails.

Application Process:

- Task 1: Watch our product overview video. Draft a LinkedIn message to a prospective merchant, introducing yourself and our application. Include a compelling call-to-action.
- Task 2: Create a 60-90 second video introduction. Share your sales experience, hobbies, and reasons for being the ideal candidate. Provide a video link hosted on platforms like Vidyard or Loom (no direct video files, please).
