FRB (Integrated Facility Management Provider) is looking for a new colleague to become the valuable part of Facility Management group, which supports the activity of Project Management and Facility Management departments.

Our new Colleague will be active and valuable asset of our experienced Integrated Facility Management team.

Knowledge of English is of an advanced written and spoken level: telephone conversations, face to face meetings, translation of the texts, letters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing with documentation for clients etc;
2. Forwarding of incoming phone calls;
3. Making orders for sending and sending mail by courier services and by mail;
4. Work with suppliers/vendors (agreements, all documentation);
5. Communication with handyman, group of cleaners; Arranging their duties/responsibilities;
6. Ordering and issuing office supplies to company (clients) employees;
7. Control and distribution of expenses between the relevant departments of the office;
8. Assistance in translation of documents for presentations/agreements, reporting;
9. Communication with the technical service of the Business Center/representatives ;
10. Registration of passes for new employees;
11. Interaction with all departments of the Company and companies providing the services is necessary

for the resolution of issues in the Site;

1. Replacement other colleagues on the reception on the request;

Salary – 15 000 - net salary for the person after payment of all company taxes.
