Job Brief

The position unites several vital functions for Korean business development in Ukraine. You will support numerous Korean companies coming to Ukraine for B2B or G2G meetings, conferences, business trips and project development. In this regard, the candidate should fluently speak English and prepare consistent Market Overviews for foreign clients planning to expand in Ukraine.

The candidate will directly work on main projects with the Director General and develop the business in energy, healthcare, IT etc. This job is versatile and requires consistent communication with clients.

We expect to employ an out-of-box thinker with an eye on details and an open attitude to team work.

Responsibilities

• Business Development and Mentoring for Korean companies;
• Provide Project Support and Development in various fields;
• Execute Market Research and Road Shows for Korean business;
• Cooperate with large Korean and Ukrainian companies, coordinate visits to Korea and Ukraine of TOP management;
• Prepare for Country Reports, aid to General Management;
• Cooperate with international financial institutions, Ministries and NGO's;
• Contribute to intergovernmental working group, represent Korean business;
• Operate CRM and Project Management Systems;
• Control other issues related to business development;

Requirements

• MSc/MA/MBA in economics, business or trade are preferable;
• Proven experience in Project Management, BD, Sales or Research or other similar position from 3 to 5 years;
• Thorough understanding of project management and coordination
• Excellent Knowledge of reposts & research preparation, for business to expand in Ukraine;
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication and event planning skills;
• Excellent problem-solving ability;
• Fluent written and spoken English, Ukrainian, Russian. Korean is a plus;
• Experience abroad is a plus due to a multicultural team;

Contract Period

• Job Training : 26.11.2018 ~ 30.11.2018;
• Contract period : 01.12.2018 ~ 30.11.2019;
• Probation period : 01.12.2018 ~ 28.02.2018;
• It is possible to renew the contract at the end of the contract period unless otherwise agreed.
