Sales Engineer

So, what are you going to do today?
Who you are
You are a self-driven who is hardworking and enthusiastic to learn, reliable and goal-oriented, persistent and patient, as most of the sales projects are long term, flexible to travel within the country (3/4 days per week as minimum). You are continuously oriented towards sales results and work in a proactive way.
About the job
· Profitable sales development (Sales volume, invoicing, gross margin) & Ownership of forecast figures
· Covering Alfa Laval’s full product range (heat exchangers, high-speed separators, decanters, fluid handling equipment to Energy Industry (chemical and metallurgical sector especially).
· Key customer management
· Continuously focusing on relations of the existing sales channels & developing the newly appointed ones
· Continuous market mapping within area of responsibility in order to evaluate and use every fundamental market opportunity
· Gather competitor intelligence and take appropriate market actions in consultation with Regional Manager
What you know
You have an Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (Metallurgy, Chemical, Mechanical), commercial and financial acumen. The experience on similar position will be an advantage. You are fluent in English and Russian.
