Develop and deliver the strategy and marketing activity to support product category in line with business objectives to maximise market share and brand profitability;
Initiate market research studies or analyze their findings;
Manage the category P&L ensuring that all strategic initiatives and new product development meets overall profitability targets;
Manage & report ROI analysis, key performance metrics or key promotional activities against planned action standards, presenting results and recommendations to Marketing Director and commercial teams;
Supervise all activities related to the brands;
Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities
