Open position: Senior Brand Manager

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Achievement of monthly and annual targets for KPI (Key Performance Indicators);
• Be the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for their particular brand;
• Taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to;
• The profit and loss report of the brand;
• Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies;
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, portfolio rationalization and sales estimates;
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.

Basic requirements for the position:

• University degree with focus on Economics or Commerce;
• 5+ years of working experience in marketing;
• Background experience in sales/trade marketing/project management would be appreciated;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research;
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing;
• Experienced in working in matrix organization;
• Food industry knowledge is of preference, but not a must;
• High level of motivation, self-driven and high result-orientation;
• Ready to lead changes and challenge the status quo;
• Foundational commercial business acumen;
• Fluent in English.
