The successful candidate should be fluent in English, both written and spoken, have excellent multi-tasking and organizational abilities, and be action-oriented.

Daily activities include:

1. Handle day-to-day operations
2. Perform administrative duties
3. Manage daily tasks for company managers
4. Manage schedules and calls
5. Make all travel and business arrangements
6. Make meeting and plan events
7. Prepare reports and financial data
8. Perform research

Required skills and experience:

1. Proven experience to prepare the reports and presentations with statistical data
2. Desired understanding of Web Application Architecture and technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, HTTP etc.)
3. Desired knowledge of Photoshop
4. Strong Excel experience
5. Excellent organization and time management skills
6. E-commerce or start-up experience
7. Excellent written and spoken English and Russian
8. Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
