Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor Degree from western or top Ukrainian universities
• Strong external/internal client prioritization and organization skills in high intensity environments
• Must be good business-English writer & polite communicator
• Working knowledge of scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
• Strong experience in team/workgroup environment
• Experience in client-facing firms with heavy e-mail traffic, conference calls
• Knowledge of Investment Banking & Private Equity industries is an advantage

Selected Activities

• Management of team's inboxes (ad hoc)
• Travel scheduling & support
• Team calendar coordination
• Inbound & outbound roadshow coordination
• Administrative, secretarial and information dissemination duties
• Weekly updates of meetings / contacts
• Weekly reports with follow-up suggestions
• Weekly to-do list management
• Weekly team conference call management
