About Project:
Current Project deals with the enterprise solution that will be started from scratch by the SoftServe team. Both web and IOS versions are planned. The product is aimed at improving the survey process for users who are about to have the smart-home system installed. The main business goal of the product will be to replace survey phone calls and have them automated, which will decrease time and cost of taking the survey, enhance sell experience for the customer, meet legal and business requirements, and prevent consequences of phone outage. The product will feature the following functionality: video and voice recording, voice recognition, survey configuration, support of English and Spanish languages, and other.
