Team Lead/Senior Java Developer

Solution Engineering Management Department is focused on project delivery to the Telecom (Tier 1\2) end-customers all over the Globe. Our mission is not only to customize product modules according to customers business needs but also to create new solutions based on cutting-edge technologies. You will find yourself daily interacting with end-users as well as consulting Business Analytics on product modules possibilities, just to mention a few among other growth and leadership skills opportunities. You will travel around the globe to streamline and support the projects delivery and will gain significant experience working as a part of a large multi-region team.

Responsibilities:

• Development and management of product components;
• Leading a team of 3-6 developers;
• Java code development;
• Development of design documentation;
• Java, SQL, JavaScript code development;
• Taking part in pre-sales projects as a lead developer.

Qualification:

• High Technical Degree – is a must;
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a developer in Java, J2EE technologies;
• 1+ year experience in leading a team;
• Knowledge of design patterns, development processes;
• Experience in working with DBMS, preferably Oracle and PostgreSQL;
• Experience in development of Web-based systems;
• Experience in virtualization (Openstack, AWS, SDN, etc.) is a plus;
• Experience in portal development (Liferay) is a plus;
• Experience telecommunications is a plus;
• Good technical English verbal/writing skills;
• Result- and team-oriented, responsible, independent person with high organizational skills and ability to work effectively inside project team.
