Job Purpose:
Coordinate and facilitate Talent Management activities in Rivne DevCenter.
Working closely with other team members of the HR Business Partnership Team to ensure that employees in DevCenter achieve their potential by keeping a reasonable balance between their professional interests/capabilities and Company, business goals.
Be an “HR front-end” for DevCenter Leader.
Act as a strategic partner and change agent, an employee champion and administrative expert in DevCenter.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Employee Champion -
- Be the employee’s personal advisor during On-boarding:
- Hiring Day
- Acquaintance with DevCenter leadership, a body and admin team
- SoftServe and DevCenter structure and processes presentation
- Talent Management presentation
- Provide consultation on organizing and conducting various feedback sessions (pit stops, 360 feedback etc.) for employees in ‘Reserve’
- Assist in resolving complex or sensitive people management-related issues for employees in reserve and on demand. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
- Escalate employee issues to appropriate stakeholders to ensure its’ efficient solving
- Be aware of possible jobs and career opportunities inside DevCenter
Strategic Partner -
- Participate in DevCenter leadership team meetings (facilitate on demand) and provide input on people management-related practices
- Identify and build key talent segments and provide input to workforce plan/staffing model in DevCenter
- Analyze HR data (ESAT, turnover, people costs etc.) in DevCenter to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
Change Agent -
- Analyze global trends and benchmarks in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- In cooperation with the HR Centre of Excellence initiate changes in corporate HR services and policies based on business needs
- Ensure smooth introduction and implementation of new people management-related solutions, programs and policies within DevCenter
Administrative Expert -
- Ensure alignment of internal policies and procedures with local legal system
- Interpret company HR vision, mission, and strategy to DevCenter leadership
- Guide DevCenter leaders through corporate Human Resources services
- Recommend methods for integration of HR services and initiatives in DevCenter
- Meet with ‘Reserve’ leaders to discuss salary guidelines and forecasts for critical talents
- Together with line management in ‘Reserve’ form job-offer deals for new hires, promotions, and transfers
- Conduct presentations about DevCenter and corporate Talent Management framework for clients (on demand)
Requirements:

Education -
- Master degree or higher
- Desirable specialization – Psychology/Sociology/Management
Specialized knowledge -
