Our area of expertise is linking analytics with development and behavioral algorithms in a robust delivery model to produce high value solutions. Our Lviv development team is currently expanding and seeking to fill the following position

QA/Support

You must:

- have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- have analytical problem solving skills

You should have at least 3 of skills below (please include them in your covering letter):

• experience with solving end-user's problems (email/phone support)
• basic administration skills (Windows) - configuring OS security settings; don't be afraid of DBMS installing/configuring or cleaning browser cache
• advanced Microsoft Office Excel experience (formulas, diagrams, macros etc.)
• experience with folders/documents comparison utilities (Diff or Merge tools)
• basic command line skills
• ability to create/verify flow diagrams
• experience with describing complete steps to reproduce an issue, can be also guide writing (with screenshots)
• virtual machine deployment/management skills
• ability to launch SQL scripts
