We are looking for a creative and client oriented Business Analyst (PO) with an innovative and value-driven mindset. We offer you the opportunity to play a key role in our professional and ambitious team.

You will be leading the ERP product development and implementation for one of the largest metal processing companies in Europe and North America. It includes an overall product roadmap management, business and requirements analysis, overall product ownership role. Crucial elements is a communication with customer representatives including manufacturing in-field leaders, both remote and within the business trips.

Areas of Responsibility

∙ Translate customer needs into business and product requirements

∙ Act as a product owner in communication with the Scrum teams

∙ Defining detailed customer specifications and translate the requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Participate in requirements preparation, refinement and planning on story and task level

∙ Conducts UAT, product acceptance testing and verify required functionality was developed and implemented as per business requirements

∙ Managing product backlogs in accordance with Scrum/Agile Requirements

Qualifications

∙ 2-3+ years’ experience in product management within a software company or in business analysis

∙ Professional Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus

∙ Strong business orientation; ability to comprehend information from various sources.

∙ Readiness for business trips to Europe and US

∙ Advanced English is a must
