Currently, Wirex is opening a new position for a Senior Front end developer/Team Lead. We are building Online and Mobile Banking Platform. Similar to normal bank accounts, except that ours is 100% online application, open 24/7 and can be topped up with many payment options (including bitcoins, bank transfer, PayPal, and more!).

Our requirements:

— 5+ years in development on Java Script.
— Solid ES5 skills.
— Knowledge of at least one of next frameworks/libraries: Angular, React, Vue.js, Flux, Redux.
— Deep understanding of Flux approach.
— Experience with at least one of CSS preprocessors.
— Great experience with functional programming.
— Great experience with Angular (2+) will be a plus.
— Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (GIT).
— Experience developing object-oriented applications.
— Experience in using any of automated testing platforms and unit tests.

Will be a plus:

— SOLID and GRASP knowledge.
— Typescript.
— Experience with server side development on language differ than JS.

Responsibilities:

— Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
— Design and build applications for the web.
— Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
— Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.
— Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
— Provide strong architecture solutions, take part in architecture establishment in whole product, keep an eye on future features, trends and opportunities.
— Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
— Keep management informed of project progress and problems, particularly as to needed; changes in schedule, resources, or product.
— Respond to problems in a timely, effective manner.
