We are looking for a talented and passionate Customer Master Data to join Materialise.

Requirements

• Experience with data entry or any administrative positions
• Upper - intermediate level in English
• Knowledge of Excel
• Attentiveness to details
• Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Enter the data in the ERP system, archive the documents, collect and validate all the information for the set-up or change of Product Codes, customers, suppliers etc.
• Proactively collect all the information for the set-up or changes of prices
• Ensure all parties understand the Master Data process, train and inform them on an ongoing basis
• Get involved in projects related to master data (eg. Change of ERP package)
• Contribute to new software development projects
