The industrial company - steel foundry with monthly turnover USD2.5M is looking for Commercial manager who will joint, build and run sales and purchase departments of the company. Salary and bonuses are negotiable.

Main Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the company's commercial strategy
• Development of the sales system (processes, tools, reports)
• Preparations of sales plans and monitoring their implementation
• Management of the sales team
• Active participation in negotiations with potential and present clients and partners
• Search for new markets and clients
• Coordination of marketing activities
• Analysis of market potential and competitors
• Budgeting and forecasting

Our ideal candidate has the following Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of successful work experience in production preferably in international environment (development director, commercial director, sales director);
• Knowledge of production chain
• Excellent management, communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Business development skills
• Strong negotiator; has the ability to influence and persuade
• Solid problem solving capabilities
• Capacity to handle work related stress and lead several projects at a time
• Efficient presentation skills, high level of English (oral and written, ability to negotiate);
• Higher education;
• Willingness to travel.
