GoTop Agency, a software development company, working for about 9 years in the field of web development and e-commerce is inviting a passionate Business development manager to join the Kharkov team and help us grow our business further.

The ideal candidate should be a Sales Professional with B2B understanding. You must be able to manage the complete sales process from initial identification of a lead, through scoping requirements, to successful contract negotiation and close.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, understanding how to build relations with partners.
• Upper-intermediate written and oral English.
• 1+ year of previous experience in BDM or IT sales

• Qualities: result oriented, stressed resistant, persistent.

Responsibilities:

• Market research, active search and acquisition of new Clients;

• Building partnership with customers and maintain relationship with them
• Understanding business needs, developing proposals.
• Preparing business correspondence
• Leading the negotiation campaigns
• Leading the communication with potential and existing clients;
