Collecting, interpreting and prioritizing customer, market and internally-driven requirements.
Managing product requirements and roadmap.
Creation of pre-sales and marketing materials.
Collaboration with multiple teams, from Engineering to Product Marketing and Sales.
Assist in all phases of the presales process.
Prepare technical part of response to RFx.
Work with multiple Account Executives to support opportunity qualification process
Direct presentations to prospective customers and partners using knowledge of industry trends and standards and common industry challenges coupled with NetCracker solution knowledge
Assist account teams in ensuring customer satisfaction
Represent NetCracker as a general industry Subject Matter Expert
Travel to customer sites worldwide
Qualifications:
At least 5 year experience in one or more of the following areas
Knowledge in product management
Product lifecycle management
Software development & sales support
Implementation of software products
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Deep understanding of virtualization and cloud technologies: OpenStack, SD-WAN, vCPE, T-SDN, Slicing, Multitenancy, KVM, ESX; VM/service lifecycle management, service catalogues, portals, etc.
Knowledge of the global telecommunications market and the main trends in IT.
Knowledge of software implementation methodologies and interaction between different teams of the customer and vendor: Agile, DevOps, etc.
Demonstrated knowledge of one or more major local, access, or backbone network communications technologies, including TDM/PDH, SONET/SDH, PSTN/Voice, Dialup/DSL/Dedicated IP, Backbone IP, MPLS, IP VPN, FR/ATM, DWDM, etc.
Strong knowledge of network technologies, including VLANs, OpenVPN, iptables, dnsmasq, tunneling, overlay networking, layer 4-7 services, topology discovery, path computation, etc.
Demonstrated knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, 802.1Q, GRE, VXLAN, OSPF, L2/L3 VPN, MPLS, BGP, RR, IS-IS, etc.
Strong technical abilities to hold your own in debates with technical architects and engineers.
Gathering and transforming business requirements and market needs into a successful product strategy.
Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Experience presenting to executive leadership and handling sensitive customer situations.
