An intentional successful online marketing and software development company “TechMedia4U” is looking for a product manager for own products.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to deliver required functionality within a deadline
• Lead, motivate, and enable others, provide clarity to each team member regarding project goals as well as the task at hand
• Taking part in hiring process and replacing team members
• Maintaining full project cycle from collecting and analysis of requirements to project delivery
• Implementation and coordination of project documentation
• Assigning tasks and controlling their execution
• Controlling project deadlines
• Communication with English speaking product owners
• Business analysis and review
• Project and performance review, resolving business issues
• Leading scrum process
• Documentation management (Jira, Confluence)
• Provide direct, up-to-date feedback on project performance and status to the product owners
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to walk the extra mile
• High level of self-motivation with minimal supervision required

Qualification:

• Experience in a PM role from 1.5 years
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with writing technical documentation
• Understanding of development process stages
• Experience of managing scrum process
• Experience working with a web applications and APIs
• Upper-intermediate+ English level
