We invite you to join our team as Technical Support Representative who will be the first contact point for ABBYY in providing support and customer satisfaction. This position requires the person to maintain a professional communication with customers on a daily basis.

Technical Support Representative provides front line support to our customers, assisting in troubleshooting and advising on Product applications and compatibility. This role requires great technical communication skills, time management, and judgment to prioritize tasks appropriately. You will need to keep up and learn the current technology!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support incoming issues from customers and respond accordingly
• Isolate and reproduce product issues, file reports and assist in providing timely workarounds and fixes to our customers
• Provide consultative advice to customers related to usage of ABBYY products
• Escalate issues to proper management with complete information
• Follow up with customers when promised/scheduled
• Other activities as assigned

Mandatory Skill Set/Requirements:

• Upper intermediate level of English, Russian and Ukrainian
• Ability to quick identify problems and define solutions
• Ability to grasp product and technical knowledge quickly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent work standards and high motivation
• Understand basic IT knowledge in installing software and OS features
• Higher education, recent graduates or final years students

Location:

This position requires work from the office, and will be located at ABBYY Eastern European HQ in Kyiv, Ukraine.

The working hours will be from 9am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday.
