Organization of the working day of the Advisor to CEO (planning of the meetings schedule; handling incoming and outgoing calls, meeting and reception of guests and visitors; organization of meetings, negotiations; processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence; document circulation controlling; ordering of stationery);
Arrangement of business trips (hotels, ticket ordering, visa document preparation) within Ukraine and abroad;
Organization and coordination of meetings (transfers, catering, rental, equipment, etc.);
Provide Advisor to CEO with administrative & communication support in all kind of activities;
Written and oral communication with colleagues, partners and external companies;
Implementation of the workflow in the structural unit.
Requirements:
Complete higher education;
At least 2 years of experience in administrative position as personal assistant to CEO; desirable experience in international or big Ukrainian companies;
Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian;
Experienced user of MS Office (MS Power Point, MS Excel);
Excellent organizational skills
Precise and attentive to details
Efficient and self-motivated
Knowledge of the rules and norms of business communication, office management standards
