To develop Stoller in Ukraine, the Director of Stoller International, Dr. Robert Shortell moved to Ukraine for permanent residence. And we are glad to invite an experienced personal assistant to join our team.

Requirements

• English language - Upper Intermediate.
• Work experience on a similar position - above 1 year.
• High level of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly find solutions in stressful situations.
• Ambitiousness, desire to constantly develop and improve.
• High communication skills.
• Ability to do business trips in Ukraine;
• Agricultural education (preferable, but not necessary).

Duties

• Effective communication with the Director exceptionally in English
• Organization of business trips (reservation of transport, tickets, hotels).
• Assistance in event organization (meetings, seminars, trainings).
• Maintenance of the Director's document flow.
• Assistance with interpretation during internal events.
• Data analysis and assistance in the preparation of reports/presentations.
• Conducting business correspondence with foreign partners.
• Support to director in everyday business processes and during events/business trips.
