Responsibility:
* Respond to chat support requests and social posts
* Turn client feedback into developmental team tickets and monitor until resolved
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems; perform problem escalation, if required
* Assist clients and colleagues in resolving issues related to our products, manage requests from start to finish, and escalate to other departments when necessary
* Maintain and update manuals and documentation
* Must be a self-starter, self- motivator and be self-disciplined
* Must take accountability and be a problem solver as well as, a team player
* Clear understanding of all requirements provided
* Must have an acute sense for attention to detail
* Ability to place the highest importance on the accuracy of the project
Requirements:
* 2+ years’ experience in application support within a software development company
* Excellent customer interaction skills with the ability to handle challenging customers and situations
* Experience with application log investigations and interpretations
* Strong analysis skills
* Ability to multi-task, work under dynamic conditions and constraints with minimal supervision
* Possess a product quality improvement oriented mindset
* Experience with Jira and Confluence
* Experience in technical document writing (in English)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive
* Drive initiatives to create value and increase operational efficiency
* Identify opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate solutions
* Good communication skills.
* English — Intermediate
As a plus:
* Knowledge and good understanding of different Financial Markets
* Experience in developing scripts within multiple script languages (Python, Bash)

We are currently seeking a contract Technical Support Engineer to join our Product Team. While working alongside team members, you are responsible for technical support of our products. That includes clients and colleagues, assisting in resolving issues as well as managing corresponding, maintaining and updating documentation. The ideal individual would create new systems and improve the current systems. Must have the ability to work with a dynamic, fast-paced company and meet tight deadlines.
