Required skills
• Fluent English is a must
• Experience in leading and managing marketing campaigns for product companies (US market) that include but not limited to: e-mail, social media, display advertising campaigns, etc.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in business development & real estate
• Experience in CRM tools like Close.io, Asana, Salesforce, etc.
• Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences including potential clients
• Detail oriented team player
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment and work collaboratively with colleagues and staff

Responsibilities
• This position will require a strong focus on demand generation and acquiring new customers to grow market share
• Identifying target audiences and creation of digital campaigns
• Realization and overseeing all marketing activities across the company and ensuring successful implementation of brand strategy
• Report performance of the business development (ROI and KPIs)
• Search for new channels to generate leads
• Identify trends and insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
