Answer telephones, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate office personnel on a multi-line phone system;
Greeting visitors (basIP and SKD system usage, tea/coffee offering);
Scanning, copying, saving, sending documents electronically if necessary;
Urgent letters preparing and sending by Ukrposhta or other currier agencies;
Courier services (Nova poshta, taxi) ordering, control of fulfillment;
Order a taxi for office personnel;
Registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence in the Database. (depending on the number of days of substitution - we will instruct). Transfer them to the appropriate office personnel;
Cooperation with suppliers of services for office (IT support, Internet, furniture purchase, etc.) and personnel (travel agency for business trips arrangement);
Water and office supplies order by necessity;
Cleanliness maintenance in the kitchen and in the meeting room (should always be a clean table, the presence clean of glasses / water);
Some other administrative tasks assigned by the Manager.
Skills:
English level - intermediate/ upper intermediate.
Confident use of the following programs:
Windows: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Adobe Reader, ABBYY FineReader.
Internet: Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Skype
Database (internal - depending on the number of days of substitution - we will instruct)
