Requirements:

• Experience with Agile methodologies like SCRUM or Kanban
• Bash, Python, Ruby or other similar scripting languages
• Configuration Management tools such as Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc.
• Basic experience with Clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with CI systems (CircleCI, Jenkins, TeamCity, CruiseControl, Teambuild, etc.)
• Hands on experience with Linux systems administration
• Monitoring systems: Nagios, Zabbix, DataDog, Amazon CloudWatch
• General networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, NTP, IPSEC, DHCP etc.)
• Experience with NoSQL or SQL databases
• Basic experience of administering or managing deployments on the Force.com platform
• Self-directed and capable of working in a fast paced environment
• Good organization and communication skills, strong customer service mindset

Responsibilities:

• Develop tools to improve the ability to rapidly deploy and effectively monitor applications in Salesforce (SFDC) environment
• Configure and maintain the automated CI tool used by our SCRUM teams
• Manage Salesforce sandboxes (new and existing), carefully plan environment refreshes
• Manage ongoing maintenance activities such as certificate renewals, outage communications
• Research, analyze and propose new technology solutions for infrastructure
• Serve as a primary point responsible the overall health, performance, and capacity of our internet-facing systems
