Leading company HR policies (HR Administration – full cycle hiring/firing/transfers/ maternities, records reflecting in the system, certificates issuing, vacation, time sheets/ business trip orders and others for 53 FTE);
developing and adapting job descriptions, controlling their update across departments;
C&B, market monitoring preparing and controlling over HR budget, including payroll budget, outsource payroll budget and benefits costs; Internal accruals for vacations
operationally support (providing employees all benefits)
Operationally proceed all cycle of payroll ( via Outsouce company), twice per month$ preparation Orders/staff lists in line with Labor legislation
conducting negotiations with service providers, organizing tenders ( medical and life Insurance, personnel outsource);
implementation Training&Development strategy
team-buildings /events organization projects (2-3 times per year)
submitting providers contracts;
being a contact person for government organizations ( reports submitting)
Report to HR Manager CU Ukraine
Main requirements:
University degree;
2+ years of professional experience as an HR Assistant/HR Administrator/ HR Specialist of international company in Ukraine;
good knowledge of Ukrainian labor law;
upper intermediate English or advanced
good PC skills, Excel is good level;
1C ЗУП module
SAP HR will be preferably;
