Demands:

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Brand Management in FMCG field;
• English language - Upper Intermediate;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Project leadership skills;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• High level of confidence and influence skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a yearly and long term marketing plan for the brand;
• Collect and analyze all relevant market information;
• Initiate, implement and analyze market research activities;
• Represent brand towards the Advertising Agency and Media Agency;
• Preparation, presentation and follow-up of yearly and project briefings;
• Implementation and control of multi-channel advertising campaigns;
• Preparation of Ukrainian advertising material for the brands;
• Represent brand in Ukraine towards the headquarters;
• Make recommendations on the product range of brand;
• Prepare all necessary packaging artworks related to products, in accordance with the procedures;
• Control of the marketing budget of brand according to marketing plans;
• Develop and produce with the help of agencies POS materials for the brand;
• Generate and develop promotion ideas for the brands together with Trade Marketing.
