Вакансія Marketing Manager (Small Domestic Appliances)

Requirements:

• Higher Education, ideally in Marketing
• 2 years and more relevant experience on the position of Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, PR or Event Manager, preferably in an International Company
• Native Ukrainian
• Fluent English is a must
• Initiative, creative, highly motivated, self-starter, responsible, hard-worker, communicative, able to work under pressure, easily trained, team player, target oriented
• Readiness for business trips

Responsibilities:

- Development and implementation of the local brand marketing strategy based on the global corporate goals;

- Market analyzing : political and economic situation in the country, competitors activities, shelf price and price point analyses, GfK reports analyses; anticipation current and forecasting future consumer trends;

- Prices formation, based on competitors shelf price reports;

- Budgeting and managing of the brands advertising & promotion costs;

- Development and execution of local ATL and BTL activities together with the sales team with support of BTL / ATL / Digital agencies;

- Working out local launch concepts for new innovations and product ranges; execution of launches to the Ukrainian market;

- Constant evaluation of the sales targets implementation and financial performance by categories;

- Products Purchase Forecasting;

- Monthly & quarterly reports to HQ about local activities
