Requirements

• 3+ years related experience in the software development company, 2+ years of BA experience
• Airline/OTA/TA B2C/B2B Experience
• Extensive knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques.
• Strong prioritization and scope management skills
• Attention to details, ability to collect, analyse information from multiple sources and transform unstructured information into clear requirements;
• Strong usability sense
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working directly with customers
• Self-confidence and ability to handle rejection and accept criticism
• Analytical mindset, thoughtful; attention to detail
• Experience working with sales teams to sell the product vision

Will be plus

• Experience with GDS/CRS/Inventory systems in the area of air shopping, booking, docs issuance/exchanges,cross-sale/up-sale etc.
• Knowledge of web services (architecture, XML structures)
• Experience creating screen mock-ups with strong documentation skills
• Knowledge of prototyping tools, UML
• Knowledge of GA/GTM/Google Optimize
• Background in 'Agile' software development methodology highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with Customer to identify functional and user interface requirements
• Put the high-level requirements into well-defined user stories, use cases, user flow diagrams, requirements specification, tech mock-ups
• Requirements management in Confluence, task management in JIRA
• Analysis and revision of existing system logic difficulties and documentation, as necessary
• Subject matter support to Development and QA Team
• Customer support (help-desk activities): assist with troubleshooting & root cause analysis
• Assistance in acceptance testing of new features and bug fixes
• Support the creation of Training documentation and user-guides (internal&external)
• Identification and assessment of probable interactions of related IT systems and predicts impact of a change in assigned system
