Business analyst/PM/PO

Duties:
Requirements gathering.
Writing requirements (scrum approach: user stories etc).
Communications with customers (fluent english speaking).
Communications with development team (russian speaking).
Managing UX/Prototyping process and design development team.
Playing a Product Owner role in software development projects.
Required Skills:
Great communications and analytic skills.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Knowing and wishing to work with using a Scrum approach.
Good experience as a Product Owner in few successful scrum-based development projects, preferably in web and SaaS and/or ecommerce.
Understanding of good / bad UX and designs, having sense of fashion. (Not mandatory but helpful)
Would be a benefit to have:
Professional Product Owner certificate.
Understanding of modern web development technologies and approaches, erudition in IT.
The Moscow time zone is preferable to connect to both development team and US-located customers.
Working conditions:
Working remotely
Some agreed upon working schedule,
Ability to do a video calls and fast internet connection is required
40 hours working week
$ per hour rate is to be discussed with a successful candidate
