Requirements:

• University degree;
• 1 year of relevant experience (candidates without mentioned experience but with high motivation and ability to learn will be also considered);
• English level – intermediate;
• Excellent PC skills – Word, Excel, MS Outlook;
• Customer Focused;
• Achievement Oriented;
• Excellent communicational skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Greets visitors;
• Answers and directs phone calls and take messages;
• Cooperates with travel agencies to provide support to the employees in business trips arrangements;
• Provides administrative support to MD;
• Handles all incoming and outgoing couriers;
• Translates newsletters, articles and general info when requested (English-Ukrainian, Russian);
• Provides refreshments/coffee for visitors and meetings;
• Accountable for general incoming/outgoing correspondence flow – post, fax, courier (registering, filling, monitoring);
• Support in organizing internal team events (visits, celebrations, seminars);
• Purchasing stationary products and beverages/kitchen supplies;
• Actively support overall сompany procedures, programs and policies;
• Being in line with company’s core values and principles;
• Represents a professionalism, discipline to support high company’s standards.
