Main responsibilities:
· answering and coordinating phone calls;
· meeting and registering guests;
· keeping different records (incoming and outgoing correspondence registration, etc.);
· working with courier services, receiving and coordinating mails in office;
· other administrative support for employees.
Requirements:
· University degree;
· 1-2 years of relevant work experience;
· English skills - Upper-Intermediate;
· PC user (Word, Excel, Power Point skills ) - advanced;
· team player, good sense of personal responsibility and self-reliance;
· excellent communication skills, multitasking skills;
· ability to adopt new professional information and skills.
