An international company which is specialized in air transportation, is looking for ambitious Head of recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Leading recruiters team;
• Ensuring the quality of hiring;
• Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures;
• Develop and managing recruitment marketing;
• Developing the most effective, economical and appropriate recruiting channels;
• Monitoring external labor market conditions, examining hiring trends and anticipating the organization's response to labor market changes;
• To create and drive recruiting reporting system;
• Keeping track of recruiting, onboarding and attrition rate metrics;
• Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs;
• Recommend ways to improve our employer brand;
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs;
• Participate in job fairs and career events;
• To improve onboarding process.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of managing recruitment;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong management decision-making and leadership skills;
• Ability to work in under high pressured, fast growing environment;
• Upper-intermediate level of writing and verbal English;
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases;
