We’re looking for a specialist to fill in the vacancy of the Field Service Engineer.

Goal of the position

Engineer for installing and servicing of incubators, HVAC solutions, hatchery equipment and other electronic control systems. As an engineer you will supervise the works on-site, this together with a team of technicians assigned to you.

You will receive the assignment from the service & project manager from Belgium.

Requirements:

• A minimum degree of Bachelor, Electricity or Electro-mechanics
• Good knowledge of English is a must
• Experience in installation-works machinery is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Installation of new incubators:
  • Consult with customer about the execution of the installation
  • If required, organize pre-installation according to the agreements (electricity supply, water pipes, compressed air lines,.)
  • Unpack the project parts (verify if the shipment is complete, determine the sequence of assembly following the instructions given)
  • Install the project parts, if required with help from customers technicians
  • After full installation, start up the incubators, HVAC and networks; test startup procedure
  • Provide basic training for the users;
• Repairs of installed incubators:
  • You will receive a repair assignment from the service department with mention of the type of malfunction
  • Detect the cause of the malfunction or breakdown and carry out necessary repairs
  • Test the machine for adequate performance and repair
  • Draw up a repair report for the service department
