Key responsibilities:

- Management and coordination of Marketing department: product managers, BDM;

- Development and implementation of marketing strategies, tactics, plans, programs;

- Market analysis, segment potential examination, new launches planning;

- Medical post-marketing studies conduction;

- Advertising and promotion activity planning and controlling (including all media)

- Working with external subcontractors and research companies

- Planning and protection of marketing budgets for short and long-term periods;

- Media planning, media tenders;

- Motivation program creating and implementation (incentive plans, special bonuses, projects);

- Carrying out of marketing actions;

- Creation and implementation of motivation programs (incentive plans, special bonuses, projects);

- Reporting to the functional head in the head office, and to the country manager of Ukraine

Requirements:

- 3+ years of prior experience Marketing Manager;

- Higher education (Medical/Pharmaceutical);

- Experience in managing projects, preparing business plan;

- Marketing qualification would be beneficial;

- English- upper-intermediate;

- Willingness to write and protect the product plan at competitive select stage (in English);

- Flexibility, ability to work on result, do not stop at what has been achieved
