What responsibilities will you get when working with us?

You will join a growing team of customer and market insights specialists, who work directly with product design and expansion planning to make the best classifieds platforms in the world. For this position, we are looking for methodological generalists, with broad skills in qualitative and design research methods as well as with understanding driven by experience with quantitative research.

The right candidates will be excellent communicators, knowledgeable about UI design, passionate about e-commerce, comfortable in a flat, fast-moving organization, excited to collaborate, and focused squarely on impacting the design of our platforms.

• Work closely with product teams to identify research topics
• Design studies that address both user behavior and attitudes
• Conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative methods and quantitative methods
• Generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs
• Conduct users’ satisfaction study: design and program surveys& statistical analysis of results
• Work cross-functionally with design, product management, engineering and local marketing teams
• Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways

What will you need to be successful in this role?

• 3-5 years’ experience in applied product research
• Command of a set of qualitative and user-centered design methods
• Knowledge of quantitative, behavioral analysis, and statistical concepts
• Ability to ask, as well as answer, meaningful and impactful questions
• Comfortable in translating research findings into insights actionable recommendations;
• Educational background in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Experimental Psychology, Product design, or a related field
