Вакансія Receptionist

BASF in Ukraine, the world's largest chemical company with HQ in Germany, is happy to invite young talented and highly motivated specialists to fill the position of Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full administrative support of management team providing secretarial/support functions as required.
• Answer phones and operate a switchboard, route calls to specific co-workers.
• Visits support (welcoming visitors, ordering lunches, making office ready, booking meeting rooms etc.)
• Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
• Keep reception area clean.
• Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in.
• Collect and distribute parcels and other mail, prepare statistics.
• Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
• Monitor, maintain, order office equipment, office supplies, supervise office maintenance.
• Subscript and register warranties, maintain document workflow.
• Back up for travel agent during vacation, sick-leave etc.
• Support the Financial department in preparing PR.
• Perform other tasks from the Company Management.

Requirements:

• High education.
• Relevant experience 1 year minimum.
• Fluent English and speaking Russian and Ukrainian languages.
• High level of PC skills: MS Office, Internet.
• Good communication skills.
• Great personal skills, patience and be able to multi-task.
• Well-organized and efficient.
• Friendly and polite.
• Self-motivated.
