Our client a leading cloud-based contact center solution company expands its international business into Ukraine and hiring talented professionals of Junior, Middle and Senior levels to build the strong and friendly team in Kyiv. Now they are looking for a Billing Department Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Managing customers' IP telecom accounts: charging, balance control, top up, credits
• Work with invoices bookkeeping
• Collecting debts on customers' accounts
• Control prices on virtual telephone numbers trading
• Reporting
• Clients support on all billing issues (calls, e-mailing)

Requirements:

• Strong English skills for daily active communications — upper-intermediate+
• Work experience in similar position (Billing department at Telecom company preferably)
• Professional education in accounting, bookkeeping, economics
• Business ethics knowledge, good negotiations skills, service approach
• Accuracy with numbers, operating with big data volumes
• Dedication, responsibility, hard-working
• Ability to learn fast, self-management, proactiveness
