Responsibilities:

• Daily docs translations from German to English
• Manage all contractual documents in efficient way by using internal document management system.
• Review documents ensuring usage of approved templates, ensuring inclusion of mandatory content. Identify deviations for specific reviews by specialists.
• Control document signature status internal and external.
• Control and maintain document status und document versions
• Work with other Automotive departments on initiating new contracts and correct approval workflow.
• Ensure review comments are followed up and resolved by assigned stakeholders
• Maintain status in storage and approval systems as well as related system used by other departments.
• Understanding of legal terms for contracts, agreements and its relations (NDA, Service agreement, SOW, Purchase Orders, other contractual documents)

Skills:

- University degree ( Linguistic, additional education could a plus, Accounting, Legal);
- English advanced or similar (writing/talking)
- German advanced or native speaker;
- Experience in Foreign contracting is plus
- Excellent pc knowledge : Strong Microsoft Office Excel (timesheets, billing reporting, formulas, pivots, macros, lookups etc.), PowerPoint, word, etc);
- Previous experience in Luxoft would be a plus;
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to handle several tasks at once;
- Ability to work under presser;
