THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager and the CSO, you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams as well as Delivery organization to facilitate the success and efficiency of the Sales team. Your key tasks will be centered around reporting, onboarding and sales support.

THE PERSON

Qualifications and experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience in a high performing company
• Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Experience in working with data including collection and analytics
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills is a MUST
• Strong time management and self-management skills including the ability to follow up on assignments with a minimum of direction
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), previous experience with CRM and reporting is a plus
• Detail-oriented, committed, and proactive
• Structured
• Excellent interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and evolve the Onboarding Program for the Sales Organization including but not limited to content creation, remote and onsite training, continuous tracking of sales performance
• Managing annual sales offsite starting from venue and location selection to planning and onsite execution
• Event Management for the Sales Team including events research, reporting etc
• 360-degree feedback gathering for the sales and delivery teams involved in the selling process
• Management of internal knowledge base
• Work closely and effectively with internal teams to fulfill the assigned tasks and help track and manage processes
• Support Sales Ops Team in a day to day activities
