Вакансія Business Development Manager (B2G)

Our client is an international company, a market leader in Medical Devices sphere. The Company is interested in strengthening its market position in Central and Eastern Europe and therefore is looking for Business Development Manager based in Kiev, Ukraine.

The role: formulate and implement the strategic directions for Business to Government (B2G) area in CEE region.

Main responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities for the Company and develop the action plan to realize them
• Build a CEE external network and making this knowledge applicable for the business.
• Prepare various government strategies and build good relations with various city officials.
• Provide operational support to all legislative processes and ensure compliance to public policies and objectives.
• Perform researches and analyse various regulations at country and state levels in an organization.
• Coordinate various projects and colleagues to provide value inputs to local and state officials.
• Keep abreast of market, competition, technical, application and societal developments and show understanding of the Company’s position and business interests.

Candidates’ Profile

• University degree
• Proven track record in B2G sales
• Strong understanding of the tender process within public sector
• Outstanding selling, negotiations and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Ability to work with and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
• Practical experience in CEE area would be a strong benefit
• Fluent English.
