We are looking for proactive professional with excellent English, superior organizational and communication skills to join our Administrative Team as a Receptionist.

SUCCESSFUL PROFILE:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Native Ukrainian, fluent English
• Solid MS Office skills
• Optimistic, hard-working, able to multi-task and service oriented attitude
• Be proactive and take initiative, operate effectively in a challenging environment

YOUR DAILY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

• Perform regular reception duties (screen telephone calls, serve visitors)
• Dispatch company's vehicles
• Handle general administrative duties
• Submit basic expense reports
• Post news at company's Intranet
