Head of electonic development office

KEY ROLE

Management of a development department for electronics development (HW/SW) for automotive HMI products, consisting of several development groups.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

University degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering (computer science, natural sciences)

Professional experience electronics development: >5 years

Professional experience in disciplinary management function of more than 10 employees: >3 years

Professional experience on 2nd management level desired

Professional experience in hardware development analog / digital / embedded systems

Experience in SW development; knowledge of SW development for embedded systems

Knowledge of simulation and modelling

Sound knowledge of automotive development processes, methods and tools

Methodological competence (analytical, structured and process-oriented approach)

Experience in the development of safety-relevant systems (IEC EN 61508/ ISO CD 26262)

Experience in resource-, budget- und investment-planning, reporting, management with KPI

Experience in international cooperation between several locations

Distinct understanding of mechatronic systems

Strong goal orientation

strong Leadership skills, ability and willingness to cooperate

Communication and moderation skills

intercultural competence

willingness to travel

Ukrainian very good written and spoken, native speaker level

Very good written and spoken English
