Our Client, a well-known multinational company, is announcing an opening of Business Development Manager (medical sphere) position.

Main responsibilities:

• planning, allocating and deploying resources, providing effective management and developing teams;
• dealing with P&L, long-term strategy input in planning processes and implementing tactics;
• developing competitive channel and customer solutions;
• building internal and external strategic relationships;
• installing coaching mindset and inspiring high-performance culture;
• influencing strategic decisions at long-term level.

Main requirements:

• University degree;
• +5 years of experience in Sales, BDM, Unit Management in pharmaceutical sphere, hospital or Rx is must;
• +3 years in developing Customer portfolio strategy;
• +2 years in developing Sales Strategy and implementing tactics;
• practical experience with nutrition products will be a plus;
• good Market Understanding and Opportunity identification skills;
• fluent knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate);
• strong financial and people management skills.
