BloXroute (blocks’ route) is on crypto’s cutting edge, and we’re looking for the right engineers to join us.

Just like the “Flash Boys”, who made billions by connecting Chicago and NYC to be slightly faster than any other trader, bloXroute’s Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) allows DeFi (Decentralized Finance) traders to be make better trades by being better connected. 

The key difference is that in the decentralized world of DeFi, you need to be connected to everyone.

Scaling all cryptocurrencies to thousands of on-chain transactions per second!

Non-technical must capabilities

• The candidate is a good English speaker

• The candidate has good English writing capabilities

• The candidate has good self-learning capabilities

• The candidate is Independent

• The candidate is a good team member

• The candidate can work on more than one task simultaneously

• The candidate can work extra hours if needed

• The candidate lives in Kiev or about to relocate to Kiev

• The candidate's availability is not more than 1 month

• The candidate agrees to work remotely from home.

• A self-directed individual who knows what needs to be done and operates with urgency, focus and discipline.

• Strong team player who can build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

As a member of bloXroute’s agile engineering team you will help design, implement, test and deploy new features in very short cycles to an always-on critical-path infrastructure.

That’s a lot. But it’s also really exciting and rewarding.

Technical must capabilities 

•  4+ years of backend SW development

•  Experience using Go (Golang)

•  Creative, independent, and hardworking

Technical advantage capabilities  

•  Experience building arb-bots, liquidations-bots, wallets, and similar crypto products

•  Experience running ETH nodes

•  Experience modifying node codebase

•  Experience in automated crypto trading and DeFi
