Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the Brand Manager (Beverages) position in Kyiv.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term and short-term brand marketing strategy and tactics in order to reach agreed brands' objectives;
- Prepare and execute yearly brand plan according to agreed brand objectives in volume, market share, profitability and brand communication KPIs;
- Brief and coordinate cooperation with media, creative, BTL, research agencies to develop and execute effective consumer and shopper communication plans;
- Develop advertising and controlling production under line manager's supervision;
- Effectively use investment budget, insuring financial brand's objectives are met;
- Perform analysis of relevant brand performance data (marketing research, sales, communication performance, trade environment etc) to identify business opportunities and develop relevant innovation/renovation initiatives in support of category and brand strategies;
- Monitor constantly sales results considering brands' regional and trade channel sales performance as a basis for identifying needs for corrective actions to be taken;
- Develop an efficient communication network within other functions to deliver the plan.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- University Degree (Business Management, Marketing, Economics)
- 3+ years of experience in brand management (FMCG sector) is a must;
- Successful experience in communication and product development within FMCG sector;
- Strong marketing project management, well developed analytical skills and structured approach;
- Profound presentation and communication skills;
- Highly developed proactive cooperation abilities;
- Advanced English.
