Responsibilities:

• Develops, plans and conducts all recruitment processes such as placing job ads in career portals, makes filtering, organize the interviews, selection of the personnel

• Providing recruitment reports and other statistics upon a request

• Conducts all correspondences with the applicants in the corporate format during or after the recruitment process

• Follows the probation period of new personnel

• Creates internal recruitment and onboarding processes from scratch

• Directly participates in forming the corporate culture of the company, organizes corporate events and activities

• Creates and advise regarding bonuses & motivation packages, etc

• Participate in other HR projects as required

Professional Expertise & Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and HR

• English - Upper - Intermediate

• Professional experience in IT company or Marketing/Web agency will be a plus

• Proactive approach, ability to create internal processes and policies for the company's sustainable development

• Being able to manage and support all recruitment & HR processes of the company
